Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
A free sample print can be sent to accurately check the colours of the final print.
PRICES
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
POST AND PACKING
Postage rates are worked out on the cost of items and are detailed as follows.
UK rates.
Goods up to £20.00 p+p £2.95
Goods up to £30.00 p+p £3.95
Goods up to £40.00 p+p £5.50
Goods up to £100.00 p+p £7.95
Goods up to £260.00 p+p £10.00
Goods up to £700.00 p+p £15.00
Goods over £700.00 p+p £20.00
DELIVERY
All deliveries to UK Mainland, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland will be sent by Courier or via the Royal Mail. All consignments sent via a Courier require a signature on delivery unless alternative arrangements are advised.
Card and calendar orders will normally be dispatched within 3 days.
Mounted prints, Mini and Small framed prints will normally be dispatched within 7 days. Unless otherwise advised.
Canvases, Medium and Large framed prints are all made to order and will normally be dispatched within 28 days. Unless otherwise advised. Please advise if goods are needed by a specific date.
Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
DISCOUNT CODES.
The discount codes can only be used when ordering the appropriate size and quantity of prints that the code refers to. They will not be honoured against any other product. If used against any other product the difference will have to be paid before the order is dispatched.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
